Frustrated trying to navigate the mental health system in Israel?
New Oleh/Olah?
Struggling to find a therapist that speaks your language?
Whether you or your child are dealing with anger issues, anxiety, insecurity or sadness, we want to create a safe place to allow you to overcome these challenges.
Our therapists all know the meaning of picking up and moving, figuring out different cultures, languages and social norms in different places. We know it isn't easy to integrate, to find one's footing again after a move and to deal with family dynamics that may impact every step of the way.
We offer our clients a supportive environment, a safe space to explore, encourage you to challenge yourself and to make sense of all you’re going through. A place to be you in the language you feel most comfortable in.

When you call, we offer a phone consultation to hear what you’re looking for and match you with the right therapist for what you need. Our therapists each have their own specialties and we will make sure you find someone that suits your needs. Some of our therapists specialize in children and teens while others work with adults. Some offer parenting sessions while others specialize in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression or social skills training.
